Key modules
The Member and Volunteer Management simplifies the sign-up process with interactive forms. Each member has a profile that tracks their involvement history and the activities they’ve completed. You can also track the training your volunteers have taken to ensure they’re ready for their assignments. For example, a new volunteer can sign up online, and you’ll immediately see which activities they’ve completed and which training courses they’ve finished.
The Management of clinical aspects ensures personalized and confidential follow-up for survivors. It facilitates the management of individual files, the monitoring of interventions, and the planning of necessary support. Incoming calls are handled in order to provide support and information to loved ones. A detailed intervention plan, including objectives, pathways, recommendations, and outcomes, ensures appropriate and effective care.
The module Respite module is designed to manage respite care projects. You can track project progress, allocate the necessary number of hours, and generate the corresponding invoices. The reports generated detail the number of hours used, expenses, and results achieved. For example, if you provide respite care to a caregiver for ten hours a week, the module allows you to track those hours and send the appropriate invoice.
The module Activity Management module allows you to effectively manage the support groups offered. You can register participants, track attendance rates, assign responsible facilitators, and schedule meetings. It also allows you to manage a waiting list to track requests and facilitate the organization of future groups.
