Within a CALACS, each situation is unique, each journey is different, and each intervention requires rigor, sensitivity, and consistency. The ASO solution was designed to support this work by providing a centralized space where clinical and organizational information is naturally structured around the needs of survivors. The files make it possible to track support over time, document the steps taken, and maintain a clear overview without multiplying tools or parallel files.
ASO's solution respects industry practices while leaving room for a feminist approach and team autonomy. Whether for individual intervention, support groups, one-time follow-ups, or longer-term support, ASO supports service continuity while ensuring confidentiality and data security.
Key modules
The Follow-up management allows for the management of documentation for each interaction and the monitoring of case progress. The planning and assignment of follow-ups are centralized, as is the recording of all interactions with survivors, thus ensuring comprehensive and consistent follow-up. In addition, the system allows all of the center's activities to coexist in the same database, regardless of budget or program, while meeting the specific requirements of each program or budget through dedicated statistics.
The Management of clinical aspects ensures personalized and confidential follow-up for survivors. It facilitates the management of individual files, the monitoring of interventions, and the planning of necessary support. Incoming calls are handled in order to provide support and information to loved ones. A detailed intervention plan, including objectives, pathways, recommendations, and outcomes, ensures appropriate and effective care.
The Community Relations module allows you to plan, organize, and document all activities carried out in the community, including awareness-raising initiatives such as kiosks, prevention campaigns, and interventions in various settings, media appearances, and representations at events, committees, or round tables to promote issues related to your mission. In addition, it allows you to produce detailed reports on the activities carried out, the observed impacts, and the populations reached.
The module Activity Management module allows you to effectively manage the support groups offered. You can register participants, track attendance rates, assign responsible facilitators, and schedule meetings. It also allows you to manage a waiting list to track requests and facilitate the organization of future groups.
