In addition, SDP staff are subject to annual judicial investigations.
They are reduced and supervised:

Your data is provided in standard formats: SQL and Excel files.

Data compliance and security
Yes, we fully comply with Act 25 and ensure that we enhance transparency, confidentiality, and data security.
To ensure compliance, we have implemented several measures:
- Data hosted in Canada, including backups and redundancies.
- Advanced access security: full traceability, two-factor authentication, role-based management, and IP restrictions.
- Hiding sensitive files to protect critical information.
- Staff vetted annually through background checks to ensure reliability and compliance.
We comply with strict data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
We also apply internationally recognized best practices in information security, in accordance with ISO 27001:2022 and TGV standards.
Your data can be hosted on your own server or directly with us. For hosting, we use Microsoft Azure, the only provider that guarantees that data accessible from Canada remains exclusively within Canadian territory.
The ASO solution offers great flexibility in terms of hosting in order to meet the legal and organizational requirements of each country. The platform can be hosted on our Microsoft Azure servers, on a dedicated private server, or directly on your own infrastructure.
Data security and confidentiality are our top priorities. Data can be hosted in the country or region of your choice, in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
Only our authorized personnel can access your platform to assist you, and always in a secure manner.
Our employees can access your ASO environment to assist you when support is needed or to make adjustments at your request. However, all your sensitive data is fully encrypted. This means that we never see personal information: it appears as asterisks (no names, addresses, phone numbers, or identifiable information).
During the implementation process, we guide you step by step through access management.
We show you how to create user groups and assign rights to them according to predefined roles or on an individual basis, depending on the structure that best suits your organization.
Once this setup is complete, everything is managed directly in your ASO solution. This gives you complete control over permissions... and, above all, you have complete autonomy to adjust access as your team evolves.

Be sure to enter the email address that was used to create your user account. If in doubt, check with a manager at your organization.
ASO includes an internal help module that contains most of the information essential for using the platform. It can be accessed via the "i" icon in the horizontal menu, as well as directly within several sections of the ASO solution.
We recommend that you first consult with your organization's managers or administrators to validate your request with them. Administrators have direct access to a discussion channel with ASO solution support from the platform, with this access being reserved solely for users who have the role of administrator.
An initial response is provided within approximately 4 hours for urgent requests or up to 2 business days for all other requests. The request is then evaluated by the team to determine the appropriate course of action and follow-up required based on the nature of the request.
If you have multiple requests, we invite you to group them together to facilitate clearer and more efficient tracking of your file.
Yes, it is possible to archive a file after a certain period of time, depending on your organization's requirements. There are three options available:
1) Archive
Keeps the folder and statistical data. However, some text fields are deleted.
2) Anonymize
Only statistical data is retained. All personal information, documents, and text in the file are deleted.
3) Complete deletion
Permanently deletes the folder and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Yes. The ASO solution allows the use of two-factor authentication. This measure is strongly recommended for all organizations using the platform in order to enhance access security. The activation and usage process is detailed in the Help section, accessible via the "i" icon directly in ASO.
