It offers interactive tools for using specific grids such as suicide risk assessment, homicide risk assessment, IGT, or Ni-Dép. The centralized history allows you to compare assessments over time and track each participant's progress accurately and securely.

The Management of clinical aspects ensures personalized and confidential follow-up for survivors. It facilitates the management of individual files, the monitoring of interventions, and the planning of necessary support. Incoming calls are handled in order to provide support and information to loved ones. A detailed intervention plan, including objectives, pathways, recommendations, and outcomes, ensures appropriate and effective care.

The Accommodation Management module simplifies and optimizes the reception of residents and the organization of their stay. It enables efficient processing of accommodation requests, the creation of waiting lists, and the rapid assignment of available rooms. The necessary resources, such as equipment, facilities, or staff, can be organized, and a waiting list facilitates the management of requests and the organization of future groups. The module generates detailed reports on each activity, providing comprehensive tracking and a clear picture of participation.
