The centralized history allows you to compare assessments over time and track each participant's progress accurately and securely.
The Management of clinical aspects ensures personalized and confidential follow-up for survivors. It facilitates the management of individual files, the monitoring of interventions, and the planning of necessary support. Incoming calls are handled in order to provide support and information to loved ones. A detailed intervention plan, including objectives, pathways, recommendations, and outcomes, ensures appropriate and effective care.
